SinoCubate’s main goal is to assist entrepreneurs and their investors to prosper, and to produce successful companies that will qualify to become publicly listed companies in the United States. These companies have the potential to create jobs, revitalize neighborhoods, commercialize new technologies, and strengthen local and national economies in the United States and emerging growth countries.

In accordance with our investment approach, we seek to invest in equity securities, primarily in United States and in emerging growth market based (the BRICS countries), non-public-listed companies with an equity value of less than $50 million. SinoCubate’s investment objective is to maximize its value through the portfolio companies’s capital appreciation, thereby generating capital gains through liquidation of the equity investments in such companies.

 

We may also invest in already publicly listed companies that we believe are undervalued and thereby suitable investment targets.
